"The Stables is located on a lovely quiet, country lane in a quiet village, but this is ideal for a good de-stress. In the cooler times of year it's wise to plan meals, shopping etc, as townies like me get too used to just popping out, and that could be a chore.The Stables is gorgeous, compact and cosy, and very well appointed. The bed and bedroom was comfy and we slept very well, and there was plenty of storage for a week stay. The shower is an over bath type, with a great rainforest shower....

"Great place to stay for 1-2 nights . Room was adequate for our stay , clean and tidy. Staff very polite and the all English breakfast was great value for money at just under £10, would certainly recommend. "
