"Excellent room conditions "

"We walk in the room in we smell the humidity like some sort of water damage but we leave the room instantly because we were running late for our concert Staff was good no issues A dog was crying from one of the rooms across from us terrible again we were running late and we didn’t say anything "

"The room was very detailed decorated, lots of pillows and very comfortable, but there was an uncomfortable odor to humidity coming probably from the rugs. We had to open the windows and turn on the fan to reduce this feeling. Great location to downtown ammenities."

"I was greeting by staff while waiting for the check in line. Everyone was so friendly. We were placed on the second floor. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable as well. What impressed me the most is there was a makeup removal pad in the bathroom. I was traveling and i had forgot to bring mine with me. its like they thought of everything to make my trip great. I would defiantly book there again. I can honestly say this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. "

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances. "
