Everything about the hotel was1st class from the reception staff, cleaning staff and waiters and waitress and chefs. We could not fault our stay in the Lago suites hotel and would highly recommend it to othres.

Nice place and nice staff. We had to change rooms as our first room backed onto a very noisy marina which we didn’t want but the hotel were great and gave us another room is a nicer spot. We enjoyed the stay.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Every part of it feels like a luxurious spa, and there are tons of restaurant/food options that are excellent both on site and right around the corner. Would absolutely go back!

I was mildly annoyed that we were sent to a restaurant that was closed by the reception staff, and when I called they didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. Outside that issue everything else was great.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re looking for total relaxation with incredible food this is the place for you. We did half board (breakfast and dinner) and each time we ate, the food was better and better. No other restaurant in the area compares to the food in this restaurant. We had one dinner out at the Bar near the light house and instantly regretted it. The trip was a mother and daughter trip, and I can say neither of us have ever been so relaxed. The staff are so wonderful and friendly, the hotel is designed beautifully and you can truly switch off. If you have time, I’d highly recommend Godai their Michelin star restaurant. It was such an incredible experience! Tiny little cons: ~ there was no mirror in our room apart from in the bathroom so that made it hard to get ready as you can’t really see what you look like (haha) ~ the parasoles to protect you from the sun are SO heavy. We really struggled to move them as did the employees. That resulted in us getting burnt a couple of days. So my advice would be to the hotel to get lighter parasoles that can be easily moved. ~ we didn’t feel there was a lot of storage in the bedrooms. Would have been helpful to have some more draws. But again, little little things! Overall the hotel is so beautiful. One of the best holidays I’ve ever had.

Lagos Resort suites was beautiful, peaceful and embodies the eco-friendly appeal. Our suite was spacious, clean, and quiet. The pool area has two pools, one for relaxing and the other a refreshing reprieve from the heat. We loved the close proximity to Cala N Bosch beach (5 min walk). The Kaypa restaurant on site provided some of the most delicious meals we experienced on our holiday. The daily breakfast was fresh with a variety of options. Would love to return to this beautiful property with high standards and a welcoming staff.

Stunning Resort
A stunning hotel with a relaxed, funky vibe. Pool area is fabulous with two beautiful pools. There was never any issues getting sun beds, so comfortable too. The setting is well laid out with beautiful flowers and we enjoyed the pool music, it certainly wasn’t too intrusive. Our Suites (90) was well laid out, spacious and luxurious. Staff were lovely, very accommodating. The best meal we had in the area was the Largo Peruvian meal, absolutely delicious and top quality. We didn’t try the Japanese as we didn’t want the tasting menu (€149 a head). Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. We hope to be back.

Our stay here was excellent. This is a great resort that lives up to its rating. The food at the FOC Brasserie is to a good standard and is a good place to try for dinner options. The staff were mostly friendly and very pleasant, however during busier times the service varied and was sometimes slow. I received a little gift for my birthday and I was surprised and very appreciative of the staff going the extra mile for me to have a good day. I would recommend and absolutely visit again. The pool and lounge areas are also fabulous and the smart room systems are amazing.

Brilliant Hotel
The hotel was really nice, the staff were really helpful and attentive. The breakfast service was really delicious, thoroughly recommend the eggs Benedict! The pools are fantastic, there is a salt water and fresh water pool. The lounging area beside the pool is great with a large selection of beds. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay
Truly wonderful stay. The resort is beautiful and well situated. Nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. The pool is a standout.. absolute luxury. Breakfast also…10/10. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s really been designed for couples or singles.. so if like us, you’re friends, you’ll be well aquatinted by the end (clear bathroom doors). A 10/10 stay.

Das Hotel sieht super schön aus. Auch die Zimmer sind wirklich super schick. Toll fand ich auch, dass man einen Willkommensgruß erhalten und man alle zwei Tage irgendwas Süßes aufs Zimmer bekommen hat. Das ist eine sehr nette Geste. Auch, dass die erste Minibar kostenlos ist, war super! Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es aber auch zwei, drei Personen im Bereich der Lobby, die einen sehr arrogant behandeln. Das Frühstück ist für ein fünf Sterne Hotel leider nicht akzeptabel. Es gibt jeden Tag dasselbe (!) Essen und die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß. An manchen Tagen waren die Brötchen steinhart. Und damit meine ich, das Brötchen hätte gegen die Wand gewonnen. ;-) Zudem kann man auf einer Karte eine Auswahl an Brot und Eierspeisen bestellen, die aber alle nicht meins waren.. mir fehlte hier z. B. etwas Süßes wie eine Bowl oder Pfannkuchen verschiedener Art o. ä. Leider mussten wir teilweise auch sehr lange (!) auf Kaffee/Ei warten. Der Bereich am Pool mit den Sonnenliegen ist wirklich toll! Sehr schön gemacht. Ein Pluspunkt wäre, dass wenn man schon über einen QR-Code die Karte(n) lesen, auch darüber bestellen kann. Das wäre toll gewesen und viele Hotels bieten das bereits an. Dann muss man nicht immer erst zur Bar laufen um etwas zu bestellen. Was allerdings ein riesen No-Go ist: Das Hotel ist ultra laut! Wir konnten leider keine Nacht (von 10) schlafen.. wir würden uns deshalb nicht nochmal für das Hotel entscheiden.

Très bel hôtel, petite structure, calme, idéal pour du repos. Personnel discret, très professionnel et agréable. Bon accueil. Parking sécurisé très pratique situé devant l'hôtel. Entretien et propreté des chambres et des infrastructures irréprochables. Très belle et qualitative décoration. Quelques petits bémols : penderie ouverte dans la chambre et cintres en bois pas pratiques, penderie courte donc tous les vêtements longs ne rentrent pas. Salle de sport très petite et équipements un peu insuffisants. Restaurant en sous sol très bien tenu et qualitatif mais aurait été bien plus agréable en rez de chaussée ou à l'étage. Environnement de l'hôtel en décalage avec le standing de l'hôtel, bas de gamme et "has been ", des années 70. Cela dénote, restaurants de la marina bas de gamme et correspondant plutôt à du tourisme de masse ...

La única pega que le pongo es la poca privacidad de las habitaciones, apenas se puede disfrutar de las terrazas porque hay gente paseando delante y las habitaciones contiguas están muy pegadas y se oye todo .

absolut empfehlenswert!
von A-Z hat für uns alles gestummen. Das überaus leckere und vielfältige Frühstück besteht aus einem Buffet mit Brötchen, Fleisch, Käse etc. Dazu kann man viele köstliche warme Speisen wie bspw. das Egg-Benedict dazu bestellen. Die Zimmer könnten unserer Meinung nach nicht schöner und wohlfühlender sein. Auch die Anlage ist ein absoluter Traum. Zwei wunderschöne, saubere Pools, bequeme Liegen, sehr leckere und zahlbare Snacks und durch die vielen Grünpflanzen auch ein wenig Privatsphäre zwischen den Liegen. Speziell erwähnen möchten wir das überaus freundliche Personal, welches uns speziell begeisterte. Sei es bei der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, an der Pool-Bar oder beim Reinigen des Zimmers. Überall spürte man beim Personal die Freude an der Arbeit und an den Gästen. Einfach top!!! Auch die Sauberkeit lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Suites werden täglich bestens vom Personal gereinigt. Weiter liegt das Hotel direkt am schönen Hafen, an welchem sich viele verschiedene Restaurants befinden. Wir waren selten so begeistert wie hier und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert für Paare, welche erholsame Ferien in einem der besten Hotels verbringen möchten!

Very nice and stylish hotel with great breakfast
Really nice and stylish hotel. Part of a complex of three parts (bungalow, "villas" and the "suites", which we stayed in). The Suites are adults only. Staff was -with the exception of 2 persons- really friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nicely decorated and look like pretty recently renovated. Resort is located around a man-made little harbor which has unfortunately a pretty low-cost tourism flair to it. But that's outside the hotel. Very nice pool area with fancy sun beds, two different pools with different temperatures and a lot of nice green around the area. Also, there is a nice Cala about 5 minutes walking from the hotel with pristine waters. Breakfast is served in a half buffet-half served style in the underground restaurant. Really good quality food and a big choice of cooked-to order dishes. All in all definitely highly recommended, even if the area isn't that amazing.

Great place
Very nice hotel, great staff and service. Great breakfast buffet and the breakfast menu something extra. Highly recommend stay.

Mega Hotel
Das Lago Resort Menorca Suites ist ein Platz zum wohlfühlen, sehr schönes, neues, Resort wo man sich bewegen kann, schön auch das man alle Annehmlichkeiten des 4 Sterne Schwesterhotels mitnutzen kann, der Spa Bereich (Massage) ist zu empfehlen, auch der Poolservice war super. Essen und trinken im Suites Hotel mega, Sterneküche.

Vale, es el cielo en la tierra EN LA HABITACION 8
Le paradis fait hôtel. L’odorat envahit chaque recoin de l’hôtel. La chambre dispose d’un équipement exceptionnel basé sur l’écologie. La piscine privée de la chambre est un plus. La zone commune des piscines est supérieure à ce que les photos montrent avec le calme. À tout cela s’ajoute le petit déjeuner difficile à oublier. Et pour finir, peut-être le plus important, l'attention du de chaque membre de l’hôtel et également de BEN de bon conseil. BREF le paradis sur terre
