Brilliant location with lovely Villa
We had a really great stay at Villa Natalie. Richard really is a super host and nothing was too much trouble with instant responses to any of our holiday enquiries. The villa is very comfortable with great pool area, very private and surrounded by beautiful flowering plants, sun beds and plenty of pool toys for all ages. The location is amazing. We loved being able to walk to big selection of restaurants and supermarkets So close to the beach, a cliff for jumping into the sparkling Med sea within a couple of minutes walk and also just a couple of minutes walk to one of Menorcas great attraction, the Covo Xoroi bar to watch amazing sunsets in a stunning location. Thank you Richard for being such a wonderful host and providing such a lovely place to holiday.

Perfect in every respect!
This beautiful villa is ideally located, easy access to all amenities and the airport. The villa is wonderful, everything you could ever need and more is provided. Richard is such a wonderful host too, really flexible, great recommendations, prompt responses and nothing is too much trouble. So much space by the pool, kitchen facilities superb and air con very effective when required. We loved our family holiday here and can strongly recommend it. Cala en Porter is idyllic. Fantastic location! Highly recommend!
We’ve recently returned from a relaxing week’s stay at Villa Natalie. The highlight of the villa has to be the pool area which is very private and spacious. The pool is a great size and runs to a good depth too. There’s plenty of Sun loungers and pool inflatables as well as a ping pong table which our sons enjoyed. The villa is ideally located just a short walk to the centre of Cala en Porter with restaurants and supermarkets as well as a lovely beach. It’s also a short walk to the Caves club and Club Menorca with a fabulous views. Our host, Richard, couldn’t have been more helpful and responded promptly, even to my silly questions! Thoroughly enjoyed our break. Highly recommend!

The villa was lovely, very spacious and the pool was especially nice. We loved the beach and watching the sunset over the sea from a nearby viewpoint. It's a great base to explore nearby towns too. Richard was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend

Lovely Holiday in a nice Villa.
The villa is very private and situated in a nice quiet road. There is a good selection of books to read and games to play with the family and the TV had all the channels (not that we needed it - the weather was so nice all week). The pool and patio areas are nice with plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds provided. The host was easy to contact and responded to any messages very quickly.

We have just returned from a week at Villa Natalie We had our granddaughter of 18 months with us and we was worried there may be lots of steps around the villa but we had no worries at all - everything was brilliant The villa is very well equipped Our other granddaughter who is 6 years old loved it that she had loads of inflatables and noodles to play with Richard the host was great with his communication Thank you

Spacious villa with fantastic pool
Spacious villa with nice outdoor pool area in quiet residential area. Very well equipped with beach stuff and pool toys. 10 minute walk to restaurants/shops and 20 mins walk to beach or 5 min drive to the beach car park. Will definitely return to Villa Natalie!! Our family loved it.

Nice private villa.
A little way out of the central area, with big hills in all directions, the location is quiet, but with a walk along the coast, offering spectacular views whilst you get your breath back! A lovely pool area, very private, with no one overlooking. The villa is well equipped, and the new appliances were a bonus. Richard was extremely on the ball, very efficient and helpful with local information, and one of the best owner responses we have ever experienced. A couple of very local restaurants worth a visit, la pallette, and Club Menorca, with several others in the town worth trying. Good local supermarkets who offer free delivery, so all in all a good area.

I agree with you about La Palette and Club Menorca restaurants which are very local to Villa Natalie - they are highly recommended. There are indeed steep hills and steady inclines in all parts of this coastal resort which can be minimised by taking slightly longer and more gentle routes. The great thing about Villa Natalie is that it is indeed a little way out of the centre of Cala en Porter - a 10 minute walk to the bars, shops and restaurants. The location is therefore lovely and quiet as you say and Villa Natalie is located on a very nice road. I'm pleased you liked the new kitchen appliances as the first guests to use them and thank you for your kind words about my communication - much appreciated! Kind Regards Richard

Great Villa holiday in excellent location
Stayed at Villa Natalie for 11 nights from 3 September. The Villa has everything needed for a great holiday, the pool is the cleanest we have been to and very secluded. Superb location and Richard looks after everything before and during the stay. We would definitely recommend the Villa and Cala'n Porter.

Fabulous!
Lovely villa, the photos don't do it justice, the living room is big, bright and airy with quality furnishings. The pool is big and spotless, the garden is well kept. 5 minute walk to the resort centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. Richard was fabulous. The hairdryer broke whilst we were at the villa so as a matter of courtesy I messaged Richard to let him know. Within an hour someone came with a new one - excellent service. Richard kept in regular contact and we went to La Palette on his recommendation, he was right, the soup and the ribs were amazing. Overall we had a fabulous relaxing holiday and if we go to Menorca again we will go back to Villa Natalie.

Couldn't have expected any more from this property. Loads of space, everything we could have needed, really well equipped. Lovely pool and garden, tidy and well kept and although you have neighbours, the garden is very private and not overlooked. Villa spacious and clean with good air con. Lots of thoughtful touches like games for the kids. Our kids loved the giant snakes and ladders. The owner is so helpful and provided loads of useful information prior to our arrival. We stayed as a three generation family and it was perfect for us.

Fabulous Villa
Booked this villa for our family of 6 adults & we were not disappointed. As others have said the property is very well equipped but the main 'selling point' is the wonderful garden & pool (pool cleaner & gardener visited each week). Location is easy walking distance from shops, restaurants & the beach. Supermarkets actually deliver for free! The owner, Richard, was a real pleasure to deal with, contacting us before, during & after our stay. He was very easy to get hold of in case of need & showed genuine interest in ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Highly recommended!

Great Villa
This is an excellent villa - very well equipped and appointed. The pool is lovely, and the location is great - very quiet, but only a short way to the beach, and just a short walk to some excellent restaurants.

Excellent villa and location
This was the second time this year we have stayed at Villa Natalie and again we had an excellent time. The villa is excellently equipped and the communication with Richard again was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and if you get a chance to go when the Fiesta is on it adds another vibe to the town. We are looking forward to returning again.

Lovely villa just as described
We have had a lovely time at Villa Natalie. It is in a lovely location walking distance to the beach and town and near the caves which is a must to visit. Villa is as described and had everything you would need for a holiday. The pool is kept spotlessly clean and is a great size for a swim or splash about. If you wanted to visit the rest of the island you would need a car as public transport here is not that great although it is easy enough to get to Mahon on the bus for the evening which is nice as there are many lovely restaurants along the harbour. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family as they would not be disappointed.

Great holiday great villa
My family - four adults and a lively two year old grandson - have just returned from a 10 day holiday at Villa Natalie. We had a great holiday and the weather did us proud with temperatures 28+ every day. Firstly, let me say that I have stayed in many villas but I have never been given the level of information and support that we received from Richard both before and during our holiday. Thank you so much for that Richard. The villa is fantastic. Quiet area, 15 minutes walk to town, off road parking, good screening from other properties, efficient air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, English TV channels so we did not miss the World Cup!! etc. etc. Everything you need. With the sliding gate shut the whole villa grounds are secure for a toddler although obviously the pool represents a hazard that must not be overlooked. I could not recommend this villa and its owner more highly. Have a great holiday there.

Very spacious and well equipped
The communication with Richard was excellent and very helpful, before and throughout our holiday. The villa inside and out was great and situated well for some excellent restaurants and bars. Looking forward to our next holiday there this September. Well worth a trip to Mahon and take a boat trip.

Very nice villa in quiet location
We spent a week here and have no complaints Really nice spacious Villa, we were 5 adults and it accommodated us comfortably Well equipped throughout and tastefully decorated Great patio and pool area to relax in, a real sun trap Pool was cleaned every second day Really quiet residential area with town a good 15 -20 minute stroll Beach nearby too and very nice Local supermarkets deliver for free so no need to carry back heavy bags back home If you wanted a taxi to town only 4 euro per trip Highly recommended we will be back if we ever return to the island

Cozy und familiar Village wit lovely pool
We were the last week of July and the first week of August in Villa Natalie. We were two marriages and two children (8 and 10). The Village is 10 minutes Walk from the little town center and also 10/15' walk from the beach. The house is very comfortable. The terrace and swimming pool area are very nice and the sun shines almost the whole day above the pool, which is also very clean (just for the families with kids: the pool gets deep quite fast). The porch is roofed, so you can have every meal outside without being in the sunshine. The house has a very good layout. Kitchen, living room and dinning area are on one side and at the other side of the entrance hall, along the hallway there are the three rooms, one of them en suite. We were 6 people in the house and we used to get a shower more or less at the same time and we never had problems with the water pressure and temperature. The rooms are comfortable and have big built-in closets, so you have enough storeroom. The beds in the double rooms are two single beds laid together. The mattresses and the pillows are actually good. The kitchen ist well equipped to cook regularly (maybe a bigger pot and a bigger pan would be necessary). There are a lot of additional accessories: a cool bag for the beach, games for the children, etc. Richard is absolutely nice and caring host! He deserves all our praise and the best rating ever! He left some brand new inflatable toys for our children and a bottle of wine as welcome gift. The communication was absolutely easy and he was available over WhatsApp all the time. We had a problem with the fridge, which was very old and didn't manage to keep the food cool enough. So, even if we didn't want to bother Richard, we had to ask him to solve the problem and he arranged to get a new fridge delivered within a day! The only "minus" for the house is that the appliances are really very old. Dishwasher and exhaust hood are very loud and old. Still working, but not for long. Oven and cooktop are also very old. Washing machine is newer and working fine. We'd recommend Richard to replace the appliances, if possible. The bathrooms are also quite old but everything is spotless! The people from the administration took care of our requests and came to leave new blankets and towels and took the dirty ones. The pool is being cleaned twice a week by Lee. He is absolutely nice and takes care of the pool. We had a great time in Villa Natalie! Thanks Richard :-)

Thank you for your comments about the fridge freezer - I am pleased that we were able to deliver and install a new one for you to use very promptly. I also agree with your comments about the old oven, hob and dishwasher. It was always my plan to have these replaced in readiness for summer 2021 but unfortunately with the pandemic it was difficult for me to get from the UK to Menorca to arrange this as I would have liked. The good news is that there will be a new oven and hob and new dishwasher for 2022 - and larger cooking pots! Thank you for being a lovely guest at Villa Natalie and I am pleased to read that the children enjoyed the new pool toys.
