"We stayed at the Berkeley for 4 nights at the beginning of our vacation, and 1 night at the end. We recommend it to anyone who visits Dubrovnik. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is absolutely wonderful. (reception, breakfast servers, cleaners) They go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Seriously, these people are awesome! The bed was very comfortable. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but there are several a short walk away down a flight of stairs to the port area. (If you have mobility issues, this might be a problem.). We easily caught a town bus to the Old Town from the port area. The main bus station is also a short walk away. "

"City Hotel is a three year old, beautifully built facility. The staff exudes pride in their hotel and jobs and everything is very nice. It’s not as close to old town as I thought but buses and taxis were easy, frequent, and affordable."
