Lack of vegetarian cooked food, Nobody checked if we had any needs, just told to sit anywhere and help ourselves. Room was clean, just a bit tired. Staff were all lovely. Pillows were dreadful, so lumpy! Standard lamp in corner of room would only work when ceiling light was on which rather defeats ...
