"I booked this hotel because of the amenities. We got there and the receptionist said the pool closes in 15 minutes. The arcade was closed. The waterpark was closed. Everything was closed. We got there at 830. The waterpark didn’t even open the next day. Have no idea if the arcade did the receptionist would only tell us, just said it’s closed. Wouldn’t even tell us where anything was located..She was not helpful at all. The bathroom was not very clean, the tub had something in it. I am highly disappointed with our stay. Also no laundry."

I HAVE A SERVICE DOG WHO IS VERY GOOD BUT JUST LIKE MOST DOGS IF THEY HEAR SOMEONE AT DOOR SHE WILL BARK, SHE DOES NOT BARK FOR NO REASON OR FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, YOUR NEW POLICY , IF YOU CALL AND I CAN'T GET THERE YOU WILL REMOVE HER. THERE COULD BE A CUSTOMER WHO IS A COMPLAINER, I CAN NOT TAKE A CHANCE. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT HER. MAIN REASON I CANCELLED THE REST OF MY STAY AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE"

"We stay at this hotel very often as my mom is up in NH long term care residential home. The hotel is clean. They are still only supplying 1 hand towel per room even though there are 2 people. We stayed only 3 night this trip went to breakfast at 7:45am and there was no bread, no bagels at all. They still had over 1 hour and 15mins. left untill breakfast was over. Overall I would still recommend this hotel. The price is reasonable and the location is good."

"Upon arrival, our room had an odor of cat spray. I returned to the front desk and they got us in another room immediately. Our new room was clean and odor free :) The pool and the outside sitting area was not ready, so cannot rate those amenities. The fire alarm went off and we were unable to get back into our rooms afterwards, so we had to get new cards. No clue what happened. The Fire Department showed up and apparently it was a false alarm thank goodness. You must purchase your coffee and breakfast, but it is Starbucks coffee. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Location between Salem and Boston and close to the train station, so pefect location for us and our needs. A good 3 star hotel."

"Rooms are generally clean. Roof blew off of the building my room was in during a storm. Staff said I was safe to stay despite the situation. Building inspectors later arrived and ordered evacuation of the building. Debris was strewn all over the parking lot with metal, wood, and heavy roofing rubber while it was still breezy. Ended up leaving in the middle of the stay for safety reasons."
