The Space:

Picture waking up to a Florida sunrise spilling across the water, then catching sight of a rocket arcing into the sky from your own balcony. This 3-bedroom Starboard unit at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina sits where the Indian River meets the Banana River, on the Canaveral Barge Canal water bridge, putting you within reach of the intracoastal waterway, Port Canaveral, the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Orlando International Airport.



Living space

Step inside to an open floor plan that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Natural light fills the room, highlighting comfortable seating and a chic decor that makes it easy to relax or gather with your group. A TV and dedicated workspace round out the living area for downtime or remote work.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everyday cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and trash compactor. You'll find cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet, and coffee on hand, plus a dining table for shared meals. When the weather invites it, carry your plate out to the balcony and enjoy the view as you eat.



Sleeping arrangements

Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed, dressed in soft linens and finished with subtle beach-inspired accents for a calm, restful feel. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area adds sleeping space for extra guests, while a crib, pack 'n play, and high chair make this a comfortable stay for families traveling with little ones.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms keep mornings simple, each with a bathtub, walk-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and hot water - everything you need to get ready for a day out on the Space Coast.



Outdoor & resort amenities

Your private balcony faces east, framing sunrise views over the water and, on the right day, a Kennedy Space Center rocket launch. Outdoor furniture and beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for easy days by the water. As part of Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, you'll also have access to a shared pool, sauna, and gym, with an elevator, free parking on premises, and free street parking for added convenience.



Good to know

This waterfront condo offers self check-in with a smart lock for easy arrival, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Pets are allowed. Laundry is taken care of with an in-unit washer and dryer, and smoke, carbon monoxide, and fire safety equipment are all on hand for peace of mind.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the Clubhouse, pool and Marina.

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

- Dish soap

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
