"The apartment was beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walking a few blocks to a breakfast restaurant in Little Italy. Our 18 month old grandson enjoyed the swings in the park a few houses away. There were plenty of towels, lots of hot water in the showers, comfy beds, a washer and dryer, etc. We had everything we needed for a delightful stay."

"Staff"

"Did not use the gym or eat the breakfast, but the breakfast did look good with a nice variety and several choices. The room and overall hotel were very clean. The staff did miss a regular cleaning (every other day) and I was out of something, but I requested it at the front desk and they followed up with me the following day to ensure that cleaning was done. We were allowed to check in very early without an advance request which was wonderful! Some hotels smell musty, but all the hallways, common areas and even the elevators were clean and smelled fresh. You can’t even smell the chlorine from the pool. There was a neat food court directly out the front doors of the hotel with a lot of fast food choices which was very convenient. Great location in the medical district. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Chicago. "

"This was a great choice, in a great little neighborhood. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a neighborhood with plenty of food and drink choices. All the basics are within walking distance and there is a killer Irish bar next door. Shout out to The Embassy next door, great people! "

"The room & the view was amazing! The room was so big that it felt like the tv was across the room from the bed. The location was ideal for what we came to Chicago for. I would definitely stay here again. Clean. Spacious. Comfort. Quiet. Gorgeous view. Location. In room amenities. All 10/10! "
