"We had a problem the last two days, the air conditioning went out. The staff overall were very kind and professional. The place and beach were so beautiful, nice and clean. They should think about replacing or upgrading the units. Apparently we were told this happens frequently. "

"Fantastic Hotel. The staff was very Friendly & Accommodating. I only ate at the Plaza, but the Food was Amazing. The Morning Buffet has Hand Crafted Mexican Dishes that changed a little each day. I was able to try a wide range of Delicacies that I never would have a chance to try. Dinners here was also Amazing & Affordable. I went for Morning Walks around the surrounding Neighborhood, always felt safe. The Pool was wonderful. Did IK at the Casino that is on the Property. I will return. "

"This hotel was great. The staff were exceptional. They always have activities throughout the day. They also have nice shows in the evenings. The food options are really good as well. They have Mexican, Italian, American, Mediterranean. The only thing is that in the restaurants you’d have to grab dinner early, because they get full quickly. But there is always the buffet. Also, depending on the season for most of the time you cannot swim on the beach. The tides are too harsh, but they have a lot of pools."
