Hotel Bellas Artes
While the room was comfortable, we did not appreciate the service. We paid for a King Room and upon check in learned that the bathtub in the room is undergoing maintenance and we would need to go into another room for a night before switching over. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. I had a lot of questions about places to visit and restaurants to eat at, and Emannuel always had the answer. He was very knowledgeable and made the stay enjoyable.
