Lovely place to stay! The design is just ver very interesting and the beds were comfortable, the staff helpful and plenty of areas to chill and work! The only thing is that the walls are kinda thin and is easy to hear others! Also there are so many amazing places to eat around the corner, this is definitely one of my favs hotels in Mexico City!

Nice hotel. Rooms are modern, especially compared to other Mexico city hotels. unfortunately, the property can be very loud at times. Most of the rooms surround the pool-restaurant-bar so it can be loud at times.

We got placed in a room on the second floor, there were no true windows and therefore no true noise cancellation from the outside. Woke up at 3AM to someone casually coughing in the lobby, I shouldn't be able to hear that and they should be able to cough without waking anyone up. We could also crisply hear people going up and down the stairs and using the elevator. They provide earplugs but that shouldn't be required for a reasonable place to sleep. It truly felt like we were sleeping in the lobby. The standard rooms were also quite small and the bathroom had no sink. Most of the shelf space was taken up by paid snacks and drinks which was off-putting. The noise level may be different in other rooms but it was truly a deal breaker for us. The staff however was accommodating and made it easy for us to cancel the rest of our stay, albeit with one night as a penalty. Good central location and accommodating staff, but the noise issues were worse that we could have expected.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location. The restaurant located in the hotel is fantastic. However, the best part of my stay was how attentive the member of staff were.

everything was fine, I went to the restaurant for breakfast and left my bose earbuds at the table, they cost 300 dlls, I got back 5 minutes later, and they said that they don't see them. The manager was suppose to contact me, and I never heard from him.

Incredible location
This hotel is in a wonderful location, the hotel is modern and quaint. Super friendly staff and management, we will be returning on our next trip to MXC. They are pet friendly, the restaurant in the hotel is excellent! Highly recommend it. Thank you Eduardo and staff for your amazing hospitality!

Really high value. Room was cool and clean, stayed in the one with the bit of extra space for a living room and TV, well worth it. Nice bed, good vibe. Restaurant downstairs has good food as well. Free bike rental! Would definitely recommend. English and spanish speaking staff. Awesome location right on popular zona Roma district.

The hotel staff, especially the front desk staff, were very helpful in helping us to map out our stay and figure out some activities to do during our time in Mexico City. The COVID testing on-site was very helpful for travel back to the USA!

Very disappointed with the noise in the rooms. There is no kind of noise reduction measures to avoid every little sound getting into the room.

Worst stay ever
When we arrived at the room, there was a greeting card there for a different guest. The door jammed and someone had to come fix it. Then there was no hot water for us to take a shower before dinner, and after dinner, there was just no water at all. We had to move to a different hotel and ask for a refund. Worst stay at a hotel ever.
