The complex is gorgeous, especially the pool area. It's also nice to have the guys set up beach chairs/umbrellas for guests each day. There is a $44 daily resort fee though so I guess you're paying for it.
The condo is clean, simple but nothing fancy. It is minimally supplied (not even salt/pepper and only 6 forks). The biggest thing is the noise. It's terribly noisy because the restaurant is smack in front of this condo, on the 5th floor, blocking the view of the beach (can see the beach on both sides of the building however). The HVAC units on top of the restaurant are loud, the intersection that this resort is on is far louder with traffic zooming past/horns/etc. There is no way one could keep the patio door open during the evening/night and questionable during the day. Both nights there were people yelling outside at 2-3 a.m. which woke us up (even with the patio doors closed).
If we were to book, we would stay above the 20+ floor to try to get away from the noise (and a better view) but not sure that's possible with the major intersection.
Location -not much to do in the immediate area. We uber'd to Margaritaville which was super cool - bands/bars/boardwalk. It's about a 2-3 mile uber north, we walked it one day too.
