This is 1 bed unit with an amazing ocean and city view.

It’s a condo-hotel. For full registration in a building you will need to provide your picture ID. All bookings must made before arriving at least 1 days. Once you booked you will need to send me your picture ID to process registration.

Additional hotel fee:
- For common area (included service on a beach 2 chairs & 1 umbrella) $40 per a day.
- Parking $30 per a day.
The space
Amazing ocean and city view unit with big terrace. One bedroom unit with king size bed in master bedroom and sofa bed in the living room if you need it. Please read all instructions before booking. It’s a condo hotel and additional charges required. Sorry for inconvenience but this is the rules of the building. Thank you for understanding.
