The location of the apartment is simply perfect. Located opposite the beach, you have direct access to the stunning Hollywood beach through the Swimming pool area. It has an excellent view of the sea.
2 Queen beds and a sofa bed, very comfortable that will allow you to enjoy your stay.

$ 30 will be charged for each key FOB, every two adults (+12 years), at the time of Check-in, which will allow you to access the facilities of the building. (1-2 adults 1 fob, 3-4 adults 2 fobs, and 5 adults 3 fobs.) (Credit or debit card only)

I will do my best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I live less than 10 minutes away and I like to be in the building every day. However, I do respect your privacy and I will not disturb you during your stay. The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels. If you need anything please let us know. No need to clean the apartment when you leave, that what the cleaning fee is for. Just contact me, and I'll take care of everything else!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Very disappointing

The property pictures are nothing like actual area you stay. Stains on couch, pillows, dining chairs. ( I have pictures). Extra cost for door key. No hot tub . Assistant at property does not speak English.
