We stayed in the one corner bedroom at Sion in Hollywood and had a great experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and had good natural light. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed. Pablo was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Florida visit

The condo was clean and very well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay condo. The valet attendants were overworked at times but very courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Great Apartment!

We had a good stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Pablo was very reachable and promt with responses and ensured we were okay at the apartment. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. I definitely would recommend this apartment and my husband enjoyed his stay.

Wonderful property, steps from the ocean

Clean, well-maintained rental, steps from the beach, with a great view from the balcony. Everything presented in person just as it did in the photos. Our host, Pablo, was very responsive to our inquiries. Check-in was a little bit clunky, as the person working the desk tried to charge us for the FOB, but luckily having read other reviews we knew to push back and it was quickly corrected. The beach chairs provided were not in great condition but we made them work. Overall it was a truly wonderful stay and we would definitely consider this place again for a return trip!

I would not recommend this property.The apartment itself was clean and close to the beach, but the experience was completely ruined by a serious issue that was not properly disclosed before check-in. The host informed us only the night before arrival that the balcony was “closed.” In reality, the building and the apartment’s own balcony were under active construction.During weekdays, it was impossible to comfortably stay in the apartment. The noise was constant, and there were workers on the apartment’s balcony, which created a serious privacy issue since they could see directly into the unit. This was not a minor inconvenience or simply a closed balcony. It was active construction affecting the apartment itself.What made the situation worse is that the host minimized the issue and told us the noise would end the next day, even though the construction was scheduled to continue until August. Had this been disclosed clearly and in advance, we would never have booked or stayed there.We ultimately had to leave the apartment and move to another place where we could actually rest. I am still working through the case with VRBO because of how this situation was handled.Leaving aside the construction issue, the apartment was clean and well located near the beach. However, the lack of transparency, the last-minute disclosure, the misleading description of the problem, and the impact on our stay made this a very poor experience.

Nice beach view (east) and water way (west) when looking from deck. Great location and close to shopping and beach. Pool was perfect and quiet. The little cafe / shop in the building was perfect for grabbing a coffee or snack before going out.

Pablo’s place is beautiful and we definitely enjoyed our stay! We really appreciated the beach chairs that he had for use. Beach and pool were great! We did have a rainy day that we used the game room for some entertainment. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return next year!

Condo is spacious, and has most everything you need ( no dish towels or bath mats). Yes, it could use updating, but you’re renting not buying. Easy access to beach and close to stores and restaurants.

Nice spacious apartment. Main disadvantage there are renovations going on exterior building. The line of apartment was open but two doors away there were renovations and noise would start early morning. This was not disclosed at time of booking or later.

Great location

Our stay was wonderful. The property is a minute walk to the beach and there are chairs and umbrellas available for use in the closet. The condo is perfect location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The condo is clean and Pablo was easy to contact and replied quickly. Would definitely recommend this stay to a friend!

Great South Florida Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to beach and restaurants, which were our priorities. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated the folding beach chairs that were in the closet. The unit was quiet enough given the urban environment which contributed to a relaxing trip. Communication with Pablo was prompt and easy via the VRBO app.

Great location, beautiful beach, everything you need on vacation

We had a great 5 night stay. Very convenient location to everything you need. The beach is beautiful and is only a few steps away. 7 Eleven is right across the street for any minor needs and their are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Pablo was very easy to work with and the condo has everything you will need.

Our stay was from Jan 22-26.The condo was as described in the website. However, there were a lot of exterior repairs to the building which resulted in a lot of noise inside the unit during Thursday and Friday during the day which made it difficult to spend time indoors from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Fortunately, it was fairly quiet (other than street noise) on Saturday and Sunday.I am not sure we would have chosen the condo had we known of the construction noise.
