Our newly built home is directly across from the beach path (beach stop 11) on Lake Shore Drive. The house was completed in June 2018. The house has an open layout - the kitchen opens up to the living/dining rooms. The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, a fully finished walk out basement, a big front deck and a screened in porch in back.

Our home has 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The bedroom layouts are as follows:

Master Bedroom - 1 king bed, TV, private bathroom with shower and tub
2nd Bedroom - 1 queen bed
3rd Bedroom - 1 queen bed
4th Bedroom - 1 full bed, 1 twin bed
5th Bedroom - 1 king bed
6th Bedroom - 1 queen bed
7th Bedroom - 2 bunk beds, both twin over full, and 1 additional twin bed

The space

You will love this vacation home directly across from the beach path on Lake Shore Drive. Our home has a couple great outdoor options: a large deck at the front of the house and a screen porch in back. The inside of the house has an open layout, with the kitchen opening to the dining area and living room. The large dining table fits 10 - 11 people (8 chairs and a bench). We also have an additional 4 person foldable table and chairs in the pantry that can be added to the dining room table for a big dinner. The living room has a large sectional couch. The basement has a family room with 2 couches and 2 additional armchairs.

There are 3 televisions in the house: the living room and basement have big screen TVs with access to Comcast Cable and Roku. The Master Bedroom has a Roku TV. The house has wireless internet (wifi). There is room for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway in front of the house.

This home has plenty of appeal throughout the year. It is great for a summer beach vacation, a fall getaway to see the beautiful leaves, a Notre Dame football weekend, a quiet snowy winter retreat, a relaxing spring break, or a wine tasting weekend any time!
