I am not big on apartment hotels, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The space in the room was great; the cleanliness of the room and the entire property was excellent. It was conveniently located near the Russel Square station that allowed us to get all our sighting seeing spots very easily. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. I had to make additional arrangements, and the customer service and response was above and beyond. We are very happy with our stay.

The property we stayed in was beautiful, equipped with everything you needed. The only downside was the hot water for the showers ran hot for 1/2minutes then went freezing cold. We did report this and somebody was meant to come out to resolve this but unfortunately the 2 nights we was their the problem didnt get resolved the comunication wasnt brilliant. The matter was never resloved.

Hotel spotless, staff super friendly and room amazing size including a very spacious shower. Plus for London the choice at breakfast is superb. 2nd visit to the Rui and won’t be our last.

The room was lush, we had the bunk beds in Cocoon 8 as there was 6 of us and with kids, they loved it. There was no table/chairs to sit as you don't always want to sit on the bed...and there was a wall Infront so you couldn't see the other person's on the bed...hence a seat of some sort. The luggage ...
