"Staff were very kind and helpful. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast has a good amount of variety and was replenished frequently. The 24/7 complimentary tea and coffee service in the lobby was a nice bonus. I also enjoyed the small gym and cold filtered water. Only complaint I had was of the 3 days I spent here, 2 of them had the pool and hot tub completely shut down for cleaning. I was looking forward to it given I stayed during a winter snow storm and had limited options...
