Bart war innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Unterkunft und die Übergabe war problemlos. Die Nutzung des Kinderbettes sowie des Stuhls waren reibungslos. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht in einer Wohnung. Parken war Anfang Oktober überhaupt kein Problem (direkt vor der Wohnung) und unter der Woche kostenfrei. Die Übergabe zum Ende des Aufenthalts war ebenfalls problemlos.

Eine sehr zweckmäßige, saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, von der man in ca. 50 Metern am Strand. Katastrophal ist die Parksituation: Parken geht nur auf öffentlichen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplätzen, die gerade an Sonnentagen überbelegt sind (z.B. bei Anreise an einem Samstag). Suchzeiten bis zu 50 min., meist ist nur an der Peripherie noch freier Parkraum verfügbar.

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung in Top-Lage

Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage in Middelkerke und eine Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade. Wir wurden am Anreisetag sehr freundlich von Bart empfangen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Wohnung war für uns 2 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und ein Hund perfekt. Alleine das Badezimmer könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, aber alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und qualitativ gehoben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch vorhanden und das haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen und auch genügend Restaurants befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Rundum waren wir zufrieden und können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub in Middelkerke

Die Ferienwohnung war mit vielen Dingen ausgestattet die sonst nicht dazugehören. Leider war das Badezimmer zu klein für Erwachsene. Das Waschbecken war viel zu klein und wird vom darüber angebrachten Regal zusätzlich noch eingeschränkt. Das Doppelbett mit 1.40 Meter Breite war auch nichts für große Leute. Ja wir hätten nebenan schlafen können. Dort gab es 2 Betten mit jeweils 90 cm Breite. Der Vermieter war aber sehr aufmerksam und fragte uns nach einigen Tagen ob wir Neue Handtücher benötigen. Alles in allem war die Woche okay.

Un très agréable séjour en famille

Très bien situé entre middelkerke et niewport. Merci à Bart pour sa gentillesse et pour son accueil. Il y avait même un petit coin pour notre petit chien : quelques friandises, un bac d'eau et un coussin.

Festival Country Middelkerke

Séjour entre amies de 2 nuits du 19/8 au 21/8 pour le festival Country de Middelkerke. Pas facile de trouver en pleine saison un appartement pour 2 nuits seulement mais malgré la distance entre l'appartement et Middelkerke centre, nous avons apprécié notre séjour grâce à la qualité de l'accueil et l'appartement est très bien agencé, agréable, bien décoré très calme et près de la mer. Seul bémol, il manque de rangement dans la chambre aux lits jumeaux. A part ce petit inconvénient, bravo pour toutes les petites attentions, 1 essuie-vaisselle, une lavette, de l'essuie-tout, du papier toilette, tout est prévu si on a oublié le nécessaire de toilette. Nous recommandons cet appartement 5 étoiles.
