Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive

"We loved the property and the whole experience. It was our first wedding anniversary and was above and beyond our expectations. The room and view was breathtaking. Staff was excellent. The food was delicious. And the availability of dining choices and times were ideal. The entertainment was top notch. We had the time of our life for five days. Keep up the good work. "Make use of the kayaks and tours on the property. Book your restaurants when you get there. Food was great. The hotel is half under construction which was no bother at all. The section that was closed is the grande. Luxury side is open and fully functional. I enjoyed my stay. A little expensive from Montego Bay airport for cab (100) so book amstar bus. (50). Every employee there was super helpful. They will accommodate whatever you need and help you go wherever you want to. Cabs waiting on site to help you immediately go anywhere."

"This is an older resort but it’s authentic to Jamaica. The staff were amazing!!! If you want to feel the relaxed feeling of being home, this is definitely the place to be. The food was delicious and the drinks were very good. The beach was tiny but nice. There’s a larger beautiful beach for people who want something bigger. The large pool was great and the water slide was really fun. We loved it that the resort was small. We will definitely be returning!! One love!!"

"My room had an ocean view and was clean, well appointed, and aesthetically relaxing. The staff could not have been friendlier and more generous with their time and resources to make sure I had the exact experience I wanted. I love that this is a Jamaican-owned resort, and the property was in amazing shape. It is a beautiful location. I got a wonderful massage at the spa, which was a lovely and extensive space. The weekends are more activity-heavy (live music or karaoke at night, jazz brunch on Sunday), and the weekdays were quiet and chill. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will definitely go back when I return to Jamaica!"

Little Savoy Guest House

"Little Savoy in Runaway Bay, St. Ann was a major disappointment. The property appears poorly maintained and in serious need of renovation. The hot water was unreliable, the toilet did not flush properly, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were old and worn. Cleanliness was also a major issue, with roaches in the bathroom, dirt under the sink and in the closet, and even dog feces near the patio/dining area. Check-in was frustrating, as I had to wait outside in the rain for quite some time before being let in. The only positive part of my stay was the massage service, which was very good. Runaway Bay is a beautiful area, but this property needs to close temporarily, clean thoroughly, renovate, and improve guest service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."
