Great spot. Friendly reception. Quick check in. For the price I paid, I had low ecxpectations but I was wrong. Very clean and a huge parking spot right outside your door. Easy walk or drive to restaurants or fast food. Would definitely stay there again. A hidden gem.

For the price. You can't beat it. Family owned and operated. Good people. Friendly staff and service. Only downfall is the snow removal in the middle of the night. Woke me up. Difficult to get back to sleep. But that cannot be helped. Its done when they can get around to it.

Room was small however very good, clean and updated also very quiet soundproofing was great even with rooms on both side being occupied there was no noise. This is very impressive for a hotel room.

The girl that checked us in was very friendly. We were able to park outside our room. Tim Horton's was down the street so easy access to breakfast. Location was close to the lawn bowling club which is the reason why we were in Midland. Only suggestion is to put grab bars in the shower.
