Everything in this brand-new luxury apartment is designed for a delightful and relaxing stay. Enjoy the panoramic views of the golf course, mountains, and sea from the spacious garden. Take a dip, work out in the fitness center, or unwind in the exclusive SPA at the intimate Ipanema Resort. Located just 10 minutes from the picturesque coastal village of La Cala de Mijas with its expansive beach, excellent restaurants, and bars. Situated between Malaga (25 min.) and Marbella (15 min.) for a complete vacation or a golf trip.
The Ipanema Complex
The Ipanema Resort is a new small-scale complex with excellent central amenities accessible (free of charge) to tenants; 2 outdoor pools, a gym, and a SPA with a heated pool, sauna, steam room, and changing rooms. The complex is a gated community, with the concierge present at the main entrance for a significant part of the day. Through this entrance, you have access to the complex and can park your car in the designated spot near the apartment.
