This property was very unique in that it has a lake with turtles and koi fish that will swim up to the edge. It also has multiple dining options very close by. It is clean and the only complaint is that the air conditioner is not great and turns off during the night.

the staff was helpful and friendly, the property is a pain to get to because you need to hull the bags through the property to the residence.

Iconic residence
Really nice residence inside an iconic Milano 2 building. Unfortunately it is a little bit far from the NH hotel, so get ready for a walk along with your luggage. It is modern and very clean. Helpful personnel

Basic apartments
Based in a complex of slightly strange architecture that like the apartments are looking a little tired. The apartments are a short walk to the Hotel where breakfast facilities are shared. Staff were all exemplar and friendly. Apartment was plesent with open aspect. Apartment facilities were what let it down. Lighting in sitting area did not work, kitchen facilities were minimal. While the bathroom had a bath its drain had been altered to ensure showers only. Lots of clean fresh towels and bed linen Working TV Comfy beds Decent heating (not sure if AC worked due to time of year) Key system needs looking at as ours failed needing reprogramming 5 times in 2 days! Good secure underground carpark even if entrance is tight for a big car free at weekends paid in the week.

Nice hotel, quiet area off Milan.
We had a 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was a welcomed surprise. We would definitely return to NH Milano Residence 2.

Hotel with no customer services
In all the hotel's I've stay at around the world the level of customer service we received from this hotel was disgraceful they are rude unhelpful made us feel as we we're interrupting their day with the smallest request .It seems we weren't the ones the people in front of us received the same insincere apology we did

This hotel is outside of the city but 15min to the city center by bus and train, so it is worth to enjoy the quiet and nice environment for leisure. and there is a Chinese restaurant within the area.

The location is convenient and nice neighborhood
We loved the place and the "lageto" gives a pleasant view. We stayed in the residence, and we only have to suggest that if there is a kitchenette, you should include the kitchen utensils and cooking pans, pots, as well as dishes, cups, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, etc. because, there is no way to use the kitchen without all these stuff. No one will travel carrying these or will purchase for the stay in the appartment. This will be very much appreciated. Other than this detail, we were very much satisfied with the hotel.

Should have stayed at a different hotel. Hotel rooms are mixed with private apartments. Common areas were dirty and worn. Hotel room was the same.

Comfortable Hotel in quiet residential area
The hotel is clean and comfortable without too many amenities. It is in a residential area far from the city or tourist areas. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and delivers you easily to the train station so getting around without a car is not difficult. I went into the city most every day. The fitness center consists of 3 pieces of equipment. There are two restaurants, both very good, right outside the hotel so you don't have to go into the city if you don't want to. The TV has one station in English, the news station, which repeats on a 20 minute loop.

Great Place Near Linate Airport
If you agree to stay a little bit outside of Milan with approximately 40 minute travel to town centre this looks like a great choice. I really enjoyed the environment with the little lake in front of the spacy room. This looks like a great alternative to staying in Milan centre and I found it very relaxing. All amenities you might need are nearby including a sport centre for example (beside the fitness studio they got ...).

Although tucked away from Mialn proper, it's quiet and clean, and actually quite well served by the local buses (to the nearest metro and even Linate airport)

I did not expect the hotel to be this nice. I was totally surprise to pay so low for a four star hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back to stay.

Lots of walking needed. Two separate reception areas. No prior advice which entrance to use. Our room overlooked an area popular for young children playing noisily until quite late at night. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, as is common in Italy.

Nice hotel complex, with restaurants on site
Hotel is conveniently located in an upscale neighbourhood, close to the airport. NH Hotels is always one of my favourites, no matter where they are located ( stayed in NH hotels in Holland, Germany and Italy, all very recommendable Nice swimming pool and a good variety of restaurants on the premises.

Very Disappointed
There were several things wrong with my stay at this hotel. For one, the hotel room was very cold. Turning on the heat didn't change the comfort level/warmth of the room. The T.V. was not working and it was old and antiquated. The cobblestone courtyard and narrow flights of stairs made it difficult for a traveler with heavy luggage to navigate the grounds. The website falsely stated that there are was an airport shuttle from this hotel to Linate Airport. However, there was not airport shuttle and I had to pay additional monies for a taxi to the airport. Lastly, I had no wi-fi connection. I later found out that the receptionist neglected to share the wi-fi username and password to me when I was checking in.
