Excellent modern hotel. We were able to check in to our room 2hrs early. Metro station is around the corner, so super convenient to get into central Milan. The underground car park was large and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was vast and plentiful. Super helpful reception staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Good central location to visit Milan and surrounding areas, but the hotel's neighborhood isn't anything special. The desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfortable and we had adequate space in our room, but the main shower head was broken.

Lovely staff, quiet location

Modern hotel, quiet and within easy reach of the metro to Milan Centre. We were there during the August holidays and therefore restaurant and laundry were both closed. It seems odd that the restaurant should be closed although to be fair there are many restaurants to go to in Milan!

Would have given it 5 stars if it were not that the airconditioning didn’t work the first two days of our stay ( we booked 2 rooms). The two front desk ladies who attended us were very helpful and friendly though. The room was quite spacious.

This hotel is very average when ot comes to wellbeing. The gym is is pointless one weight machine and 7 cardio machines. The heaviest dumbbell is 9kg. I recommend this to be improved as the space is there just need have a more fitness equipments and heavier dumbbells.

I had a very nice stay. The (standard) room and bathroom were both very spacious with a convenient setup; I am comparing to the US and Canada where I normally travel. However, the shower was really cramped, and I have a petite build so I imagine that someone larger would have a really hard time. The rooms were quiet, except for occasional slamming doors. The bedding was nice. The restaurant was quite nice too; I went for breakfast and dinner. I'm vegetarian and there were a few options that suited me.

confusion by hotels.ca but worked out

There was some confusion after our reservation was lost but it was figured out in the end. Great service but I suggest emailing the actual hotel after your reservation has been confirmed by Hotels.ca just to be sure all went thru. The hotel is not in a great area but it is nice inside. The staff ensured we were very comfortable and brought an extra fan to deal with the fact their AC couldn't keep up to the crazy heat. Breakfast was worth it too!

A wonderful stay

This hotel is about 5-minute away from the Sesso Marelli Metro Station (M1 or Red Line). It takes about 30 minutes to get to the downtown area. I arrived the hotel around 12:30 pm but the staff gave me a room right the way. I truly appreciated her kindness as I was tired after a 12-hour flight. My room was on the ninth floor facing the city. It was spacious, quiet, and generally clean (except the bottom of the glass panel of the bath tub). There were some minor signs of wear and tear. The bed and pillow were comfortable to me. They provided two bottles of water in the small refrigerator which was really great. I liked the breakfast that came with many choices of fruits, nuts, bread, hot and cold items, and beverages. The staff were helpful, professional, and respectful. There were a few small restaurants within 10-minute walk and a small grocery store right near the Metro Station.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The location is nice and everything is clean and organized. The only issue we had was that we did not have WiFi for a whole day, which is something that has never happened before in one of my hotel stays anywhere else. We checked out and it was still offline, so that was a huge inconvenience during our stay.
