This is an excellent hotel, modern updated and very clean. Food in the hotel restaurant was great (I only had breakfast). The staff was accommodating and nice. The location is perfect, was able to walk to the Duomo and shops easily. I will certainly stay here again.

Only issue was breakfast. At 36 euros per person, not really worth it. Other than that, the location is great. Property is very nice and service was very nice.

Schitterend en recent gerestaureerd hotel en heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Stijlvol ingericht en je kan er heerlijk ontbijten of avondeten. Een absolute aanrader als je Milaan wil bezoeken.

Un bel endroit, tout neuf, avec une architecture tres belle. Et une excellente localisation. Avec des contraintes qui impactent l'experience : dans notre chambre d'angle, le placard de trouvait dans un coin peu accessible. Ou le bar avec une mezzanine : le buffet y est localisé, il faut donc redescendre avec ses assiettes au risque de tomber... Les plus : hauteur sous plafond incroyable (4m), bonne insonorisation, deco luxe marbre et bois, support TV mural motorisé. Tres bonne équipe pour gerer les bagages et les taxis. Mais globalement l'hotel n'est pas au niveau principalement niveau service : - pas de snack dans les chambres - lampe sur pied sans ampoule - possibilité reduite de reglage de l'eclairage - front desk trop peu staffé (1 hotesse + 1 concierge) - room service lent - impossible d'appeler le front desk ou le room service sans attendre 10 minutes - les femmes de chambre ne remplacent pas le gel douche - mauvais rapport qualité prix du petit dejeuner (pas de vraie orange pressée, choix de pain limité, 2 options de confiture en pot industriel, fruits pas murs, pana cotta trop grasse... et pour 35 euros / personnne)

Nous avons ajouté plusieurs services dont le service de voiturier et nous sommes déjà en train d'organiser le service de conciergerie.
