They surprised me with a free room upgrade and even sent up a bottle of champagne to celebrate — such a thoughtful touch! The staff went above and beyond to make the day feel extra special. Small lobby, Unloading zone on busy street. $25/night safe clean underground parking but located across the street. "

"The Villa Eyrie is a wonderful retreat with great staff and fine rooms with great views. We were disappointed to find that there was no longer a swimming pool.at the resort. I understand this was removed to allow for and expansion of the conference facilities. Unfortunately this does limit your resort facilities to attract non-business guests such as ourselves and friends who recently visited. Hopefully, there may be new facility additions in the near future."
