The Sheraton hotel and staff was excellent, however booking thru Hotels.com and using their customer service is an absolute joke, the worst when you need a live person to talk to about redeeming a gift card that is still unresolved. I gave up because they are so bad bouncing me around from one person ...

It was just a quick stay but the room was clean and the soap smells amazing. The staff were absolutely amazing. The friendliest and kindest I have ever encountered. We will be coming back again and will spend some time in the pool
