You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Waterfall, Back Yard, and Fire Pit!

Steps from a bustling creek and waterfall. This cottage is perfect for anyone coming to the area for any reason. Stocked with snacks, drinks, extra towels, seasonal candles/decorations, kitchenware, extra linens and much more! This “Right-Side Unit” is private and is two floors, 11 rooms, spacious and relaxing. In bedrooms: mattresses are new and extremely comfortable (used only by guests). The backyard is huge! Cottage is located in a booking- friendly neighborhood and just off the highway. The right side unit: is where I host for guests.

You have your own: Kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, full bathrooms and laundry on the first floor. A staircase takes you to the second floor where you will find 3 bedrooms, an office and another full bathroom.

Outside you have a front porch, a huge back yard, grill, patio and chairs, table, umbrella and a deck. Also a fire pit! You can see a floor plan I made to help you visualize the space.

The Left side unit: is where I live part time. Except most Thursdays to Saturdays, when I’m up in Albany. I’m a super quiet / friendly artist always out and about antiquing and doing home designs / renovations in the field for clients.
