"I had a very memorable stay here and Kevin was a fantastic host. The place was spotless, plenty of space to park, and the area serene and quiet. Also a huge plus for me being able to bring my cat. As a DJ and audiophile, I definitely took advantage of spinning some of the records he has on deck. I would 100% come back and book again for more conversations, stories, and music. "This studio space plus the backyard and the accessible roadway make this an excellent spot for a solo stay or for up to 2 people. Clean, modern, very well-appointed and complete with all the kitchen amenities I needed. The extra touches for comfort like blankets, books, puzzles and a big screen tv made for great variety. I loved sitting out by the water in a comfy chair with the provided big blankets. The host was responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. "
