"The room was spotless. Excellent quality bed and bedding. Great coffee machine and homemade brown bread and homemade marmalade. The offering of continental breakfast was second to none with fresh fruit yogurt’s cheese and pastries. Great location and very relaxing environment great nights sleep. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Staff is great, rooms are small but quiet and comfortable. My room was en-suite, tiny, no room even for a soap dish in the shower. Works as a place to rest your head at night. Wi-Fi could be better, if everyone is on it don't expect much performance. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and Liz was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was in a good location with shops, restaurants and pubs nearby, and around a 25 minute walk into the centre, although buses are very easily accessible. We would recommend Acara House to others and would definitely stay here again :) "
