Aamupala oli suppea, joka päivä sai valita kahdesta vaihtoehdosta esim. munakokkeli tai vaaleaa leipää ja marmeladia + kahvi. Palvelu oli max. keskinkertaista, mutta asiat kuitenkin hoituivat. Hotellista oli viiden minuutin kävelymatka Milnan pieneen keskustaan. Kiviranta 10 min päässä.

Why, how, what the hell just happened

Turned up, having requested a room with a kitchen, well it had a cooker, no crockery and no fridge. We asked for said items and we got crockery, no fridge because none are available. The window opens onto a road, no air flow. it is hot. The kind lady from the front desk installs a desk fan. this provides some air flow but is still warmer inside than outside. Oh the shower curtain is missing as the previous guests tore it down, that's ok as long as we know how it happened, we don't need one, the room can just flood. Can we swap rooms today, no Can we swap rooms today, no Can we swap rooms today, yes. The new room is one floor up so we can get fresh air, some air flow but not enough.. Good news the room has a fridge, it takes 3 days to make ice. how ever it also warms the room. Breakfasts. If you order a sweet breakfast you get 2.5 slices of bread. If you order omelette you get 2.5 slices of bread and your omelette. Coffee is horrific, I am not even sure it classifies as coffee. no tea on offer.

Milna

Perfekt hotell med närhet till bad. Enligt Hotels.com var rummet med sjöutsikt och fläkt. När vi kom dit var rummet inte som Hotels redovisat. Ägaren fixade dock allt och vi hade en mycket behaglig vistelse. Ägaren och receptionisten var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevlig, fanns även en restaurang med Milnas godaste mat. Vi kommer definitivt att komma hit igen. Städning var toppklass och balkongen mot vattnet var kanon.

albergo in bella posizione ma con molte carenze

Mai più ritornerò in quell'albergo , zero servizi tutto rotto sia il frigorifero,mai riparato e anche alla fine la luce del bagno cieco . Poche pulizie ,la moquette credo che in quasi due settimane non sia mai stata pulita ,le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale erano piccole ,quindi era tutto un rattoppo!! Il personale carino ma ho avuto la sensazione che di fronte alle mie lamentele facessero orecchie da mercante. Colazione pessima !!! Avevo già letto qualche recensione ma oramai avevo prenotato ed in quel momento no c'erano altri alberghi disponibili!!! Sconsiglio vivamente!!!

The Hotel is a nightmare.

The hotel is really my worst experience in Europe in many years. No air condition, no room cleaning, lices eveywhere, kitchen bad smell alerted us not to have breafast there. My remote control did not work and asked staff for new batteries and after 2 days say no. We left after 3 days and lost two days paid in advance to travelocity. They did it want us to leave because they were not sure that we have had paid. I would like a refund for 2 days that I did not stay because the bad experience.

Great location but heads-up

The hotel seems to have TVs in every room, however it has failed in providing a very basic and less expensive item ... a fan in each room! I got one after 2 very very warm nights. My room was on the 3rd floor and I overheard other guests complaining about lack of fan. If a hotel is not going to provide air conditioning a fan is the least they can do. My only other complaint was the refrigerator. It let off so much heat, the silverware drawer was above it and the silverware ended up extremely hot. Yet the refrigerator barely cooled down my water. It was not cold enough to make ice in the freezer. This is a waste of energy. The main thing I enjoyed was the location of the hotel. Staff tried hard but the owner is clearly responsible for things that are beyond what staff can do.

Fin beliggenhet, men....

Hvis man vil oppleve service og blide ansatte er ikke dette stedet. Byen og stedet er nydelig, noe som gjorde at vi valgte å holde ut. Frokosten var håpløs, du fikk det du fikk, ferdig med det! Annonserte med klima anlegg, men det fantes ikke. Wifi fungerte meget bra!!

Great for a short layover

Stayed a night on our way to Bol (the catamaran from Hvar to Brac only calls in Milna). Centrally located, easy to find. Quiet, but decent place. First gave us a room w/o balcony, but was fixed quickly in the reception. Decent breakfast, good views. Milna itself is a lovely little town, can definately recommend a day there. No AC, only a fan, but we were fine with the window open. Some noise from the sailboats, but they're all around Milna.
