The bathroom was modern (except for the separate hot & cold water taps on the sink). "I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus. The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft. Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property "

"When I went to check in the person behind the counter told me I did not have a reservation. This then began a series of events that caused significant stress. My phone was out of power as was my lap top. I took my lap top to a neighboring hotel where I was able to see I DID have a reservation. That person was not there when I returned but check in was fine. When I eventually saw the person in question he said I must have made the reservation that day with no apology"

"Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, and a fabulous welcome. We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back. "

Lovely Hotel, Amazing Staff!
"From the second we booked our night away it was obvious that the customer service was excellent. All the staff that we came into contact with couldn't do enough for us and they were very friendly and informative. Our room was large, with one kingsized bed and a single bed, with french windows that opened up to a lovely view of Wookey Hole. I wasn't impressed by our evening meal, it was very average, but I will say that dessert was delicious, as was the amazing breakfast. It didn't put me off though as we've rebooked for October!"
