Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy

Inadequate facilities

The property is in a bad state of disrepair. The photos in the ad are not recent! Front deck is falling apart. There are balusters missing on back deck railings. Coffee maker was full of moldy coffee grinds. The upstairs bath had a dirty pair of underwear in the toilet paper/news paper holder. Possibly been there for years. There were missing smoke alarms. Not sure if they work. The carbon monoxide detector seemed to be working after a test. Up stairs bathtub drain is clogged and does not drain properly. Trash strewn everywhere (broken glass, candy wrappers, broken washer machine). Oh and yea black mold under the kitchen sink and in the steam room.
