We couldn’t sleep all night. The clientele profile is very bad. People were fighting in the hallway, it got physical, there was yelling and doors were slammed. Security took few hours to deal with it & after they left, it started again. I do not recommend this place. Ruined my trip

This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. Parking onsite was easy. the hotel has very long hallways. Got my steps in! Very close to Mall of America. There is a shuttle to go there. Overall an excellent place for our meeting.

My check in wasn't until 3pm and I arrived at 10am. The staff accomodated and placed me into my room at the time of arrival.
