Orlando is an AMAZING MANAGER! We loved that the parking was easy to figure out and that it’s walkable to target field along with many other great restaurants and bars. The rooms were very modern and clean. This was a great hotel and I’d highly recommend.

Place is very nice and modern and clean. Few things I didn't like: It was very noisy at nights with partners enjoying themselves very loudly causing sleepless nights. It's not kids friendly due to that noisy and loud sexual activities. The curtains by the windows were very see through causing the bright lights outside to reflect into the room, and that also resulted to no sleep. And sometimes the room card doesn't work.

Great hotel but the restaurant is pricy. The windows are thin which led me be awaken by a couple out in the street arguing. Parking is in a very dark parking lot off of the alley. The room had a lot of modern amenities and downhill make up for some of the challenges.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was great! Truly, the only downside was the lack of carpeting in rooms, which meant that when the folks in the room above us got back from their event or whatever, at 1:30am, and took off their shoes and proceeded to drop them on the floor it sounded like falling bowling balls! The following night it sounded like they were packing (back and forth, very heavy walking that kept us up) and we called the desk thinking maybe they had shoes on that they could take off and it would help... but I think they were just heavy walkers. We heard the staff knock at their door so we know they addressed our concern, but the stomping didn't get better (or worse, so I don't think the folks in the room did it more just to spite us, either!) I think the lack of carpet just makes sounds that much louder and if you're sensitive to noises or a light sleeper, you may need to bring earplugs or find a hotel that has carpets to dampen room noises a bit better. Other than this one thing, the hotel was AMAZING! Great location for Target Center, tons of restaurants around, easy to to Mall of America, secure (enough) parking lot right behind the hotel. It was all good. :)

Hotel was generally great for our three-night stay. Only complaint is that they didn’t clean our room, then subsequently told us they only clean on request — which is something staff didn’t mention when we were checking in.

Very kind staff at reception desk (thanks for fixing the fridge!). The room was very comfortable and with an interesting design. The area seemed unsafe at first (I walk everywhere) but one gets to know the ways - very close to Nicollet, the dining options, and theatres. The location turned out fine and very convenient - easy walk to the convention center. For next time: read my texto messages from CAM and make sure to request if needing room service. Overall, a great stay.
