It was our 4th visit to the hotel & it never fails to deliver on excellence, the staff are amazingly friendly & professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. "The hotel is beautiful! It has a decent size but feels like we are in a boutique hotel. Never crowded or noisy. Service was excellent.
Super clean and beautifully decorated.
The beach is lovely, sandy and calm and just a few steps away from the hotel what's really convenient.
There are several restaurants around the hotel and it's only 13min by car to Chania old town.
The pools are amazing, but cold. Also the private plunge in the room was too cold.
The bathroom was small and with no shelves to put our toiletries. The shower had only a small curtain protecting it and water was going everywhere.
Spa was beautiful but only 30 min access included per day.
Breakfast was varied and delicious!
Drinks are expensive.
Overall an amazing place in a great location with a perfect set up for a relaxed beach holiday. Highly recommended!
