Llevamos más de 20 años viajando a la República Dominicana y, en esta ocasión, podemos decir que hemos recibido uno de los mejores servicios al cliente de todos nuestros viajes.
Es cierto que el hotel necesita algunas reparaciones y renovaciones en diferentes áreas. Sin embargo, la amabilidad, la atención y la disposición de cada uno de sus empleados hacen que la estancia sea tan agradable que esos detalles pasan a un segundo plano.
La comida también merece una mención especial. Los restaurantes especializados, el desayuno, el bufé y el restaurante de la playa ofrecen una excelente variedad de platos, muy bien preparados, frescos y con un sabor auténtico.
Si eres una persona muy exigente con las instalaciones, probablemente notarás que el hotel necesita ciertas mejoras y mantenimiento. Pero si lo que buscas es un lugar acogedor, buena comida y, sobre todo, un equipo de personas amables, atentas y comprometidas con hacerte sentir bienvenido, este hotel es una excelente opción.
Sin duda, lo mejor de nuestra experiencia ha sido su gente. Son ellos quienes realmente hacen especial este lugar.
