"Beautiful property, love the decoration. But the layout of the room is not practical. Like the way you open the bathroom, no place to hangout the towel in the shower or a place to put anything in the shower. Location was perfect from us, they do had wine but they don’t asked what we preferred from white or red, etc. We got red and we don’t drink red, but we do drink white so we just left it there. No rooms available when we check in and they state that someone will called so we can come back, no one did so we come back after 5 hours,"

"Wonderful, centrally located boutique hotel. We even easily walked to the hotel from disembarking our cruise. Great location from which to explore Alfama and other neighborhoods in Lisbon. Also, only a 15-minute (riverfront) walk to train station. Hotel staff couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful. Very kind. We arrived too early to checkin, yet desk manager still offered us to have breakfast (we declined b/c we had just gotten off cruise ship). He also held our bags for us and gave us a map and showed us directions of things to explore while we waited to join a walking tour for which we had reservations. Room was modern, clean, comfortable and spacious (it was a standard room). They even left us a very nice handwritten note and chocolates. If we find ourselves in Lisbon again, we would not hesitate to stay at Urbano FLH."
