Located in Sandestin’s Premier Beachfront Tower, Westwinds complex, and steps away from the sandy white beaches of the Emerald Coast, Westwinds is the perfect location for a beach vacation getaway!

This 2BR/2BA condo is on the 5th floor with a West facing view of the ocean. Make yourself right at home in the bright kitchen with all the appliances and cooking utensils you could need. Directly off the kitchen, the dining room accommodates seating for 4.

The living room offers comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and access to the private balcony with gorgeous beach views.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television and its own private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and its own bathroom.

Great location—false advertising

You cannot beat the location of the condo! Comfy beds and it has what you need in the room! However if a golf cart is promised in the listing/pricing it would’ve been nice to have known that it hasn’t worked or been there in over 7 months. We were there for a work conference and the meetings were on the other side of the resort. Instead of having a golf cart for the commute, the car had to be taken and the rest of us left stranded all day. Remove that from the listing if it isn’t going to be there. The dryer worked part of the time and then it didn’t. Over all we had a great stay, we just wish there had been better communication and a way to contact the owners.

Great stay overall

Everything was great overall! Little things like the parking garage code not working randomly for us, for Uber and Doordash. Also the golf cart was good but needs a little maintenance. Condo itself, pool and beach access was great!

Overall Great Stay, Problem w/ Golf Cart

Condo and property were clean. Sandestin staff were very pleasant and polite. Great location and amenities. Golf cart seat belts are not working or missing, overall in bad condition. The cart broken down with 3 days left in our trip. Hoping to get a credit back.

Our family was really surprised that the property was so close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool even though it needed cleaning. The suite was not swept or mopped. The owner can probably invest in new kitchen pots and pans. My husband fixed the skillet handle that had come off. We would actually stay again at this suite if they cleaned it.

Needs attention - Caution

If you are going with your family, don't plan on cooking. The unit does not have adequate pot/pan for a family to cook a meal. The golf cart had a major flat that would not hold air, the only reason we rented this unit was bc of the golf cart. That was a huge damper on our visit. We were are very disappointed. The dryer in our room made a very loud squeaking noise. The Maintenace man said it needed major repairs. That was a huge disappointment for us. The screeching noise was not fun to listen to in the evening when we did laundry. The master bedroom door does not close at all. Even when you try to force it. Will not close. Another disappointment. There is a tile in the living room that is loose and needs to be reset. The chair in the 2nd bedroom is broken. Tilted so fast that it threw my son out of the chair when he sat down. Overall, this unit has not been taken care of, or issue have not been reported and therefore I would not rent this unit again.

Stay was ok

This condo is in a nice location but needs some improvements. The sleeper sofa needs a new mattress desperately! I felt so bad having my teenagers sleep on it. The kitchen needs new everything (pots/pans/utensils, etc.). On a positive note, the king beds were very comfortable and it was great having the golf cart to get around.
