There were two check-in people at the front desk when my friend and I arrived and wanted to check into our rooms. Mainly, it went fine. However, I had ordered our rooms via Travelocity and didn't understand how I was being billed. One of the check-in people was much more helpful (and pleasant) with explaining the process and how to challenge Travelocity if I thought I had been overbilled.
Overall, our visit went well. However, we never fully understood how to use our "credits" towards our restaurant bills. Also, the rooms were quite small and really only suitable for one person each.
The hotel is well-kept and has very good restaurants, one with a beautiful rooftop. And the hotel is in a terrific neighborhood.
