"Breakfast was ok."

"The hotel was excellent in facilities and friendliness, roomy, spacious with good breakfasting facilities too. However it is a bit remote and not entirely suited to my requirements but the staff were very understanding and allowed me to check out early, unless you are on a hiking trip you would really need a car."

"First class establishment. Loved our stay there. Would go back."

"Family run friendly German business"

"This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! Hands down the best stay and experience ever!! We could not have asked for better accommodations to celebrate our Anniversary! Most Sincerely, The Browns"

"Very nice small hotel. We arrived late in the evening and was greeted by the night portier. Everything went smothly. We booked just a few hours before arriving and was in touch with the hotel to receive very good service. Just around the corner there was a bakery to buy bread."

"Always a pleasure staying here!"

"Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder :-)"

"I was travelling for business alone and stay in many hotels. It was clean and tidy but I expected more for the price - the room was a bit small but the shower was good(the Simpsons towel in the bathroom was an interesting touch). I needed wifi and it was really bad. The breakfast was really bad and consisted of a tomato, two slices of bread , some egg and some weird cold hamburger . Given a choice, I wouldn't choose to stay here again"

"Very nice hotel perfectly located. Pond and terrrace is beautiful but we could not eat on the terrace…. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed mondays and yuesdays (the two days we were there) "
