"Friendly staff at historic charm make this hotel by the spree very enjoyable. Fairly quiet, great water, pressure and hot water, comfortable and clean. The elevator was broken when I was there which wasn’t a problem, but if you have a lot of bags carrying them up a couple of flights could be hard. I would stay here again. I really liked it."

"Cheap and cheerful accommodation just outside the city centre but close enough to walk in within 15-20 minutes. I got a private room with a bathroom which wasn’t the best, but it was clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillow had seen much better days. I ended up using my coat and stuffing it inside the pillow case just to plump it up. There is no kettle inside either. The walls in the room are in need of redecorating due to a lot of scratch marks from suitcases and general wear...
