"I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at the hotel! It was beautiful, clean, well situated, had everything I needed but what really stood out was the exceptional service and staff. They were so helpful and went above and beyond what was asked for. Julien, the concierge, is the best ever. I was not feeling well and he escorted me to several restaurants in the evening that were nearby to see if I could get a table for dinner. I was sad to leave and would absolutely stay there again if I returned to Strasbourg."

The hotel is well located inside the beautiful old town yet with easy access to the train station. The staff was very helpful making sure our bags were delivered to our room. We didn't have time to visit the spa but we ran into some of the other guests who said they really enjoyed their time relaxing at the spa. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel."
