Convenient And Clean
Nice clean cottage right off the busy main street of moab. As mentioned, there were a few elm bugs, and some bees on the back deck, but the bed is comfortable and the wifi works well as well as the basics needed for the kitchen. It’s within walking distance of the shops, grocery and restaurants.

Great location in town and pet friendly
Lovef the location of this little cottage. Right in town so we could walk to restaurants and right on the creek and dog walking trail that runs through town. Perfect for our 2 dogs Only negative was issue with TV pulling in channels for downtime in the evening but Internet and wifi worked great so I just plugged in my personal fire stick and was good to go for the hr ncaa playoffs.

Almost perfect.
Spectacular stay with the exception of the dryer not working since 11/23. We had planned on laundry during our trip. Also leaving shoes outside as required it snowed and they got wet with no way to dry them.

A cozy hawaiian casita
I loved the decor and the location close to the main strip in Moab. However, the motel across the street isn't what I would choose as a solo woman traveler and the creek isn't exactly quiet and secluded! Vacasa was great about working around a problem with the keycode and otherwise it was good for a short stay. The neighbors are really nearby and the one next to me was smoking outside our front doors, so I don't know if I would recommend it to another solo woman. Otherwise a stepstool would be great for shorter guests to reach the kitchenware! Thanks for a good stay.

Nice Nice Nice!
This little casita is built like an add-on to the house but completely separate. We parked on the road right in front of the casita. When we needed to load or unload, we did it on the driveway. Very nice and quiet place. Beautiful view of the Pine Valley Mountains from the house. We used the microwave and fridge for our meals without issue. The lights flickered quite a bit when the microwave and AC were running. The closet beside the bathroom was perfect. Might add a night stand on the right side of the bed. Lovely place. The drive to Zion National Park was beautiful! Will recommend. Thank you!!!

Great location!
The cottage was in a great location for traveling to Arches and Canyonlands. It is a block off Main street with easy access to restaurants and groceries. The cottage was clean and very well furnished with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and area quiet for great sleeping after days of hiking. I think there was some recent flooding in the area with some down brush around the porch and slight musty smell inside. The smell quickly went away when we opened the windows when retuning from the day. Would recommend staying at the property to others.

2 nights for vacation. Great location for nearby parks and local dining. Cottage is very cozy. Bed was uncomfortably hard. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked with cookery. Fridge was not cold even at highest setting. Dryer was terribly noisy (squeaky belt) The window shades don’t open but that was fine. The back porch was very nice with a gas grill. Nice bathroom. No place to put clothes or set our suitcases.

Neglected is not eclectic
I have never had to leave a review such as this. One of the worst stays I've had. I asked several questions prior to the start of our stay but was ignored. The listing states King Bed -- it is not. The bedroom is too small for a king. No place to put your luggage. Cold cement floors throughout with no rugs. Windows were mostly filthy. No bathroom exhaust fan so I tried to open the bathroom window. Crank was broken, and mouse droppings and dead flies were inside the window screen. Living room has two blinds -- both are broken. Loud pump noise whenever you run hot water. Home smelled quite dank and musty (from recent flooding perhaps?). Property manager was not helpful and did not offer any appropriate concession. When I tried to call her, her voicemail box was full - not a good sign! Upon departure, they wanted me to start the laundry - and they charge a hefty cleaning fee! Ridiculous. I truly don't get the positive reviews for this place. You can do much, much better especially for the amount we paid, including all the fees!

Very easy check in. Place was clean. There is a washer/dryer but the dryer makes a loud squeaking noise but works fine. There is construction in the park across the creek during the work week. The dump trucks are first noticed around 6 am daily. Very easy to walk all of downtown Moab so location is wonderful.

Not Clean, Not Comfortable
If you want unique with a local flavor, close to town, this unit fits it. If you want a unit that is clean and comfortable, don't stay here. We stayed here 3 nights, Oct. 12-15. Here's a list of the things we experienced. Some of these were mentioned in previous reviews, with no subsequent action by the owner. Cleanliness Issues: -Coffee grounds inside coffee maker water basin -Filthy floor - walking barefoot you feel dirt. Wear socks, they get brown fast -A 3 1/2 inch string of dust came out from under the couch -The area under the main bed is terrible - dirt and dust -Outside grill was very dirty - you don't want to use it -Patio chairs and table were dirty - needed cleaning -Rugs inside front and back doors are dirty -Blinds are dirty -Whole outside property is unkept - needs trimming -Spider or moth nests on overhang of condo Lack of Comfort Issues: -Couch is old and hard to get up from -Fold out from couch hardly works, is in bad shape. And a wire actually protrudes out about 2 inches -Patio chairs too low for patio table -4 Patio chairs are hard metal. Only 1 had a cushion on it -Walking path to the unit has overgrown bushes, brushes against you as you walk by -Street parking at times close to unit. But if others are parked there, and 4 garbage cans are out, parking will be farther away -Front door has no window shade - people can look right into living room, or look on people sleeping on the fold out couch -Hot water heater located in kitchen. When using hot water, it makes a lot of noise -Only 1 wine glass in whole unit -Dark walk to front door after dark -no lighting -Sprinkler going off at 8 AM prevented us from using the path, and also left a puddle to navigate later -Concrete floor throughout is cold and hard, and paint has worn off in most areas We would not stay here again.

Hi, Jolyn! Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We sincerely apologize that you experience in our home was not the relaxing vacation for which you had planned and that we strive to provide. Like many companies, the COVID-19 pandemic has heavily impacted our email and call volumes, and we apologize for any delays in communication. Please know that you have been refunded for the unused nights. The home has since undergone pest control, the sink unclogged, and the AC found to be in working order. Super cute cottage right off of main street. Easy walk to all the shops down town. About a 40-60 minute drive to Dead Horse State Park and Canyon Lands and then about another 20-40 to Arches (depending on how far you want to go in the park!). We loved Moab, a super fun place, nice people, tons of trails to run on!

Cute cottage
We have stayed in one of the other cottages before and loved it! We choose this one because of the covered patio and the larger size. We might have been the first guests since COVID-19 hit. The front entrance and 2 chairs were debris covered and there was a pile of dog poop by the entry way. The covered patio was really dirty, I had to sweep the entire floor, wash all the chairs and the mesh table required scrubbing. The patio chairs are way too short for the table, by the way. The grill was absolutely too dirty to use. The inside was very clean with one exception. There was only one mat by the side of the bed, wondering why I found the second one under the bed, quite dirty! 2 lightbulbs are burned out. Despite all the cleaning required to use the outdoors, this is a great little cottage, conveniently located to the heart of Moab. The parking is great especially if you have a trailer like we did.

The shower had a lot of black mold in the shower. It was hard to take a shower because you didn't want to touch anything. An additional charge was added to this unit for cleaning, and it's obvious this unit does't get cleaned much. Black mold doesn't just spring up spontaneously.

Cute Moab rental
The location was perfect and the decor was adorable. The whole home was very clean except for what looked like black mold in the shower. Our biggest concerns were the beds. The bedroom has very thin bed coverings and the fold out couch was broken. The springs at the end of the fold out bed weren’t working (or were missing) and we were afraid both the kids or the dog would fall through if they put much weight at the end of the bed. We’d love to stay here again if the beds were fixed up just a bit. It’s truly an adorable little enclave of rentals.

Cute, cozy cottage in the middle of town, but feels isolated
This adorable cottage is conveniently located just off Main Street in the middle of town, but is set back in the trees and feels very private. It is right next to the creek with easy access to a wonderful trail that runs for quite a distance in both directions. The dog loved it! There are beautiful full length windows throughout the kitchen and main room. We kept the shades fully open during daylight hours and the space felt much bigger than it is. Since the cabin sits above the sightline from the trail, we didn't feel at all exposed with the shades open. The cottage is small and I would personally feel cramped with more than 2 people, but it does have a big comfy sofa/sleeper. The only "space issue" we had is that there is only one small closet (no dresser) and the closet is filled with extra bedding. My suggestion to the owners is to wall off the bedroom entrance to the bathroom (there is an entrance from the kitchen) and use the niche created for another closet or to make space for shelves or a dresser. The kitchen is very comfortable and the deck/patio would be a wonderful place to enjoy during warm weather. The floors are concrete, so bring your slippers! We look forward to enjoying this wonderful cottage again in the near future.

Rustic and Eclectic guest cabin
The cabin was as described, however it was not as I had envisioned in my mind. It was cute and clean inside, however the outside porch, etc needed spider webs and other cleaning/maintenance performed. The cabin was in a central yet private location, however for the premium price we paid, it was not worth it to me. The cabin was a little more rustic than I anticipated and not worth the premium price tag.

peaceful outstanding Moab location
Stayed 4 nites in the Creekside guest cottage in Moab. Incredible location one block off main street and 2 blocks from city center, yet secluded and peaceful with a private deck in back. Kitchen is well supplied and the cottage has very nice natural lighting and an inviting shower. Only issues were very minor and correctable. Guides to use of the AC and TV need to be updated on correct usage. Management was quick to respond to AC issue, simply had to remove the remote and point it at AC unit even though signs say not to remove from holder. The only closet space is full of spare bedding so you really can't unpack if you have full suitcases. Finding another spot for the bedding would solve this. Overall minor fixable shortcomings. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice cozy one bedroom house close to all Moab has to offer
Overall this is a very nice property. Furnished well. Covered porch looks out over a small creek. 1 min walk to downtown Moab. The only drawback is that it is small. Not much storage for any pantry items. No dresser to store clothes and only one small closet that is mainly full of house stuff. It is comfortable but it is also very cozy!
