The staff was amazing: standouts: checking in with Imaculada and the breakfast host (I don’t remember his name) was super nice. I would say that the hotel should clean their chairs more often in the breakfast area and lobby. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel. Room was beautiful inside and out. Loved our stay

I loved my stay here! The staff was very friendly; the hotel was clean, and it felt very safe because the elevators only work with your room key, so the only people who can even get up to your floor are the ones who are staying on the same floor as you. The bathroom was also amazing and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

The room did not have much space to store your luggage or hang clothes inside the room. This was disappointing to have to manage clothes for three days from suitcases. Trying to do this for 4 people was a lot of work.

First night our room was max heat and full fan all night, it is summer and we wanted air conditioning. I asked 4 times to change rooms but the front desk staff just said they would send someone up to look at it and never followed up or fixed it. We were all overheated all night. The next day I went to check out early and they gave us another room. Poor service at this location. Breakfast was great and door man staff was wonderful just brutal service at front desk. Will not go back to that location.

Top notch hotel - friendly with excellent customer service & food.Good location some areas walkable with excellent cafes/restaurants. A 15 minute taxi or Uber to other sites provides opportunity to see Paris via a pleasant drive through the city; also steps from metro & train station! The group tours coming and going did not hinder exceptional customer service the hotel provides.
