Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 2 bed/2 bath unit has everything you need for your stay in Moab!

Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for two families or groups. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room also provides extra sleeping space.

Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

The perfect adventure, home away from home

I brought my 80 year old mom to check out arches and canyon lands, and this was the most wonderful place for us to stay in order to access all the parks! At night it was a perfect way to wind down after a long day of hiking to take a couple laps in the pool and hang out in the hot tub meeting interesting people from all over the place. We highly recommend this to any future travelers!

Clean and Conveniently Located

The property was clean and the furnishing were comfortable. There were adequate kitchen supplies, I appreciated the hand soap/dish soap /laundry supply boxes provided. Arches NP is a 10 minute drive away and Canyonlands NP is about 30 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and shops/grocery with a couple minute drive. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Would choose this place as a last resort

I'll start with the Pro's- The place was new and clean, lots of parking and easy to get to our building, the pool is nice The Con's- Pretty noisy being right next to the highway, minimal pans to cook with, grill was not clean and caught on fire, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the beds also have about every bolt and screw loose, you get three 11 gallon trash bags for the stay which if you are there for one week like we were then you go thru them pretty fast with a family, there is no hand soap, the ac and furnace unit sounds like a jet engine in the house, the lawn keeper blows grass clippings all around the entrances to the homes, we tried to reach the office a number of times and no one picked up.

Pleasantly delighted

This was my first time renting a property for a vacation, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am very happy with the Rim Vista 18A1 property, the communications from the property management company, and simplicity of the whole process. 1. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. 2. It's just past the heart of Moab which we liked since it was more private and quieter. 3. Drive to Arches is only 15 minutes, which is really only 5 minutes longer than if you stayed in town. 4. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. 5. This home had a no pets policy which we appreciated since a couple of us have allergies. Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Moab.

Much better than staying in a hotel for a week. We had one issue with the hot water heater going out but management was right on top of it and we learned some local secrets for trails from the plumber who came to fix it so it was truly a blessing in disguise. When we take our next trip to Moab, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay in Moab

This was a great condo to stay in. Plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfy including the hide a bed in the living room! Two things that caught me off guard was that the washing machine was broken. I had packed lighter knowing I had a washer and dryer and was not notified of this before getting there. The other second one was that the views of the canyon walls from the back patio and master bedroom are now blocked by a new condo that must have been built after the pictures were taken. That being said we still enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub after our long days of hiking was fabulous.

Overall our stay was ok. This unit was a great size for two couples. There were a few negatives……the a/c is so loud. Front bedroom facing the parking lot very hot. Thank goodness we travel with a fan. One of the bathroom sinks in the other bathroom was stopped up. Left messages about it. We poured broiling water down it 3 different times. It worked to drain the standing water. We purchased a coffee maker & left it. There was only a 4 cup coffee maker there when we arrived.

Some inaccurate images

When I make a reservation, I always check the images of the outside spaces. I loved the views of the mountains from the patio and they were a deciding factor for my rental this particular unit! BUT, these were old images and now the view is only other buildings. This was disappointing to me and I felt misleading. However, the unit's owner met us on arrival and was very nice and I had to reach out to the management company because my NAV system wouldn't bring up the address and they too were accommodating. The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked, all images of this were accurate. Needed a chair or stool or something like that in the bedrooms, which were upstairs. It does feel more like a rental unit than some VRBO's are (slightly sparse), but it was still comfortable and pleasantly decorated. It's close to the town of Moab. I understand from local conversation that it's difficult to find good condition rentals in Moab, so we got lucky here. Other than needing to update or remove those images, we were pleased with our stay.

A sub par vacation rental

We were very disappointed to find a big clump of hair in the shower drain and hair on some of the towels and on both of the beds. We had to clean all the towels and bedding we were going to use when we got there. And the tv remote was greasy from what I assume was popcorn hands because we found popcorn on the cushions of the couch. Because of all this we had to assume that not much cleaning was done if any so we had to wipe down all surfaces as well with Clorox wipes that luckily we had brought. I have stayed in the multiple places in town including the the cheap Super 8 in town before and they were cleaner than this place and especially during a pandemic I feel they should go extra lengths to really make sure the place is clean and they didn't even clean it to regular standards. It was nice having more room than a hotel and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen is great for a large family like ours so if you can over look the dirtiness and the fact that it is fairly new and they are still constructing other units so you get woken up by construction at the crack of dawn I guess it's worth your money, but not ours and we we stay somewhere else next time. Oh and the air conditioner is so loud when running which is all the time in the summer that you can't hear the TV at a reasonable volume let alone a conversation downstairs.

Nice stay outside of town.

Condo is comfortable. Cleaning is below par. The floorboards and corners were full of red dust, fingernail clippings, an earring etc. Sheets had some staining. Condo is next to construction which started promptly at 6am, making it tough for kids to sleep in or take a nap during the hot time of the day. A little further outside of town than I anticipated.
