"Rooms were clean and cosy. Front desk staff were very helpful. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. We did have some rowdy people in the room below us on the third night but the hotel attended to that immediately and the noise stopped. Very nice experience! Great location next to Polynesian hot baths! "

"Don’t do it, unless you want to sleep on heavily stained bedding, use yellow spotted towels and be yelled at reception. 4.50 PM room is not ready… Cleaning personnel was super nice trying to change sheets and towels, but it was impossible for them to find anything without brown or yellow marks. They gave us great local recommendations about what to do though 😉. And the finale was the breakfast! It looked like the family (that operate this hotel) was just recycling their dinner- crusty dumplings, plane fried rice, reheated spring rolls…. To be fair- there was fresh bacon, canned beans and weathered eggs. No coffee, instant one with “help yourself kettle”. $20/person if you book in advance, or $25 on the spot. Thank you for discount, loud lady at the reception 😉 "

"Great staff to deal with. Prompt and caring. We stay here alot and the only constructive feedback I would give is, fill up the amenities products (eg showergel and handwash etc). I have noticed there is always very minimial in the containers provided in all my trips. Probably something the housekeeping check and top up during room clean up at after check out."
