"The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good."

"We got a big, clean, well equipped room. One zone for my kids and a separated bedroom for me and my wife. Hotel located just 5 minutes from Zaandam train startion, grocery store next to door. The staff was really helpful durin check-in, ckeck-out and when we needed information about travelling to other places."

"Love staying here every year when we visit. A few things have been changed “updated” since our last visit. While I understand them I think it was perfect before the changes. Still about to book our trip for next year! Location is great, everyone is friendly. "

"Near to the train station and central to the shops. Staff were helpful and the rooms were very basic. We had a share bathroom which was cleaned regulary. We didnt have breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat locally. "

"Fully automated hotel where front door and your room all open using buttons on your phone which was very novel and worked well. Impeccably clean, newly refurbished and high quality amenities etc "

"When I arrived the heating wasn't on and probably hadn't been for a while. I put it on and cranked it up, but the room didn't get warm enough through the whole night and the sheets were damp and horrible. I had to lie with all my clothes on. It still wasn't warm enough the next day. I had booked for three nights, but left after one.This was in November, it's probably nicer in the summer. "
