"Overall a great hotel with easy access to public transportation and the Hamburg airport. Very comfortable room and quick room service. The gym and sauna are also very nice and provide a good way to relax. I would have rated this 5 stars except for a security issue I reported that was not taken seriously. Very disappointing. "

"Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out."

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"The room were clean an the staff was nice and polite. We didn’t have breakfast, but they provided us with cutleries when we asked. The lights were very dim, maybe a bit too much. The rest was comfortable and nice. "

Jennifer is the lady who was refilling the refrigerator and I left her €20.00 on the counter. Hopefully she will receive her tips. Thank you all"

"All was very fine. The hotel is very good placed . The stuff is friendly and you get all you want at the breakfast. At Eastern all guests got a little bunny infront of the door, very nice. "

"Convenient for a short stay. 30 minutes walk to the center. U & S Bahn stations are 7-8 minutes walk. Staff are welcoming & understanding. We’re satisfied with what we get."
